So, I imagine that many of you have had your fill of roasted turkey, turkey sandwiches, turkey soup, turkey pot pie and turkey jerky (if you’re into that sort of thing). This recipe is the perfect solution for an anti-turkey meal.
1 pork loin (3-4 lb)
1 cup water
1/2 cup red wine
1 tsp seasoned salt
1 onion, thinly sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
Put it all in the crock pot, set it on high and cook for the next four hours. Walk away and spend the afternoon ‘sampling’ leftover pie from the night before.
The pork smells amazing and it cuts like butter. Serve it up with some roasted taters. Enjoy! 🙂
